When you do something to upset a vender, you can basically expect them to not hold up their end of the deal. Contracts are nice legally, but at the time of the event, you have to rely on vender relationships. Contracts work afterwards in court, a good relationship is paramount to the success of your event.

You should know that the venue is one of the most important things next to the food, drink and entertainment. The venue needs to be somewhere that everyone can get too easily.
