Entertainment Ideas for Kids
Whether a birthday party or a family reunion, as long as you have some sort of high-energy activity, you’re probably good. Renting a bounce house or setting up a volleyball area usually works well. You can also hire clowns or magicians that will interact with the kids and give them little prizes too.
Ideas for Adults
Entertaining adults can be a little tricky. Some drink, some don’t. Some are active, some aren’t. Some like trivia, some don’t.
If you’re not sure then just play it safe. Everyone loves music. Just go with something instrumental like jazz and play it softly in the background. Engage them in mingling by making a fourth of the room move to their right to the next group of people every fifteen minutes. This will act as your invitations because you’re going to send links to the web page electronically through emails that will take your guests directly to your web page.
Personalize the page through use of over 60 multi media tools that allow you to include pictures, videos, audios, comment walls, polls, music, and more. When your guests come to your page, they’ll see the guest list and maybe even pictures of themselves beside their names.
They’ll be able to respond to your invitation and see how others have responded to know whose coming, who’s not, and who hasn’t responded. They’ll also see that they can network and offer ideas. They’ll start networking and getting excited about the party even before the party.
Everyone can put in ideas and you can plan the party together. If your guest list is large, you may want to post a poll with the most suggested ideas and then let them choose from there. Too many options may be hard to manage.
Cross network with other “entertainment ideas” online groups and get ideas and suggestions from them too. There is no limit to how many groups you can network with. Nor is there any time frame on the web page. Keep the page and keep networking for as long as you’d like.
If you’re opting for help with the party, use the task manager to lay out previously agreed upon tasks and assign helpers to them. Send out automated email reminders about the tasks and the party itself as the days to it count down.
